Arun from Namakkal has his own coconut farm in Namakkal. Being an IT professional, he dedicated his time completely for sustainable living for past 10 years. Coconuts and Groundnuts are the main products from his own farm. Apart from that, he leased the land and cultivated many traditional rice varieties in the past. Also, he has been breeding our native variety of breeds.

We get groundnut oil and coconut oil from Arun. The oils are extracted using stone pressed chekku machine (pestle is made by wood and base is stone).
